This is your friendly reminder that BROODS have a brand new album called, Don’t Feed The Pop Monster, coming out in just three weeks y’all.
The 12-track LP, due out on February 1st, is (thankfully) shaping up to be one of their very best yet, from their unapologetically catchy lead single “Peach” to the left-leaning, dreamy escape, “Everything Goes (Wow).”
Know what else is good? “Hospitalized,” the third promotional single, produced by one of my faves: Big Taste, the talent behind gems by Justin Bieber, Dua Lipa, Nakita, and Phoebe Ryan.
But for real tho: “Hospitalized” is yet another shining highlight from the forthcoming LP, and the New Zealand-bred DJ-producer is, of course, the undeniable force driving the song’s cheeky greatness: Those psychedelic house beats, chunky synth melodies and that joy ride of a chorus, which propels through the speakers like a sudden stomp on the gas pedal is everything.
“‘Cause I feel like I’m broken but I never got a reason/ So I’m gonna jump, I’m gonna push myself until I get hospitalized/ Yeah, I feel like I’m broken but I never got a reason/ So I’m gonna jump, I’m gonna push myself until I get hospitalized…,” Georgia declares on the twisted chorus.
Close your eyes and dance the night away to this one folks – LOVE!
