Remember Karen Harding?
She’s the promising UK singer-songwriter responsible for supplying us with “Say Something” all the way back in 2014, which was basically a glorious throwback to the House sirens and R&B divas of the ’90’s, full of full-bodied vocals and infectious melodies. It still bops!
Since then, Karen‘s become quite the DJ darling, providing the top-line for satisfying originals from the likes of Giorgio Moroder, Blonde, Tom Ferry, Wilkinson, Tough Love, Tom Zanetti and more over the past few years.
This week, Karen‘s back and all on her own again with “Picture,” another piano-driven house upper that marries shifty synth work, pure percussion with Karen‘s full-bodied vocals. It’s nothing out of this world, but surly a satisfying reassurance of Karen‘s potential.
