Lights! Camera! Action!
Last week, I made the announcement that I’m launching a brand new interview series called… On Track with Jon ALi – and now, it’s time for episode one of season one!
Season one is kicking off with one of my favorite rising talents: Bronze Avery!
He stans Charli XCX and girl groups (the Pussycat Dolls, Girlicious, etc.). He’s a proud member of the LGBTQ community. And he’s making his name known in the pop universe on his own terms: producing, recording and writing almost all of his own releases.
Yup, the Orlando-bred multi-hyphenate has been consistently releasing feel-good, soulful dance-pop gems like “Secrets,” “Want 2” and “Spilling Out” for months now, much to the delight of pop music lovers who are a bit ahead of the curve. If you didn’t know, now you do.
I sat down with Bronze to discuss making the move from Orlando to Los Angeles, his upbringing, his music-making process, his latest single “Never Be You,” as well as his plans for the future and much more.
For more from Bronze Avery, check out his official website.
