On Track with Bronze Avery!

Lights! Camera! Action!

Last week, I made the announcement that I’m launching a brand new interview series called… On Track with Jon ALiand now, it’s time for episode one of season one!

Season one is kicking off with one of my favorite rising talents: Bronze Avery!

Captured and edited by: Matthew Dean Stewart

He stans Charli XCX and girl groups (the Pussycat Dolls, Girlicious, etc.). He’s a proud member of the LGBTQ community. And he’s making his name known in the pop universe on his own terms: producing, recording and writing almost all of his own releases.

Yup, the Orlando-bred multi-hyphenate has been consistently releasing feel-good, soulful dance-pop gems like “Secrets,” “Want 2” and “Spilling Out” for months now, much to the delight of pop music lovers who are a bit ahead of the curve. If you didn’t know, now you do.

I sat down with Bronze to discuss making the move from Orlando to Los Angeles, his upbringing, his music-making process, his latest single “Never Be You,” as well as his plans for the future and much more.

Check out the interview below and make sure to follow Bronze Avery on Instagram and Twitter, for all the latest updates.
