After heating things with her Gente de Zona-assisted throb “Ni Tú Ni Yo” over the summer, Jennifer Lopez is finally ready to keep things moving with yet another fierce collaboration: “Amor Amor Amor” featuring Puerto Rican rapper Wisin, the second “official” Spanish-language single from her upcoming Latin album, which is being produced by her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
The track is a seductive, reggaeton-driven throb all about letting loose with that special someone. “Cuando hacemos el amor/ Amor, amor, amor/ Vuelvo a la vida cuando toco tu cuerpo,” JLO chants across the intoxicating pulsations and infectious whistlin’ in the distance.
If you’re a crazy Latin like me then there’s no doubt in my mind that you will find this quite pleasing to the ear. If you have no idea what she’s saying, you’ll still be able to dance along. It’s grown-up Latin-pop. This is exactly where Jennifer needs to be.
