Terror Jr Keep The Bops Coming With The Killer ‘Death Wish’!

“Are you ready to die?”

Bop City II is coming, and it’s already sounding more outrageous than round one. Following the release of their “purposeful pop” moment “Caramel” at the top of the month, mysterious trio Terror Jr – “Lisa Terror,” Felix Snow and Campa (aka David Benjamin Singer-Vine, formerly of The Cataracs) – are looking to keep things moving with “Death Wish,” the second official offering from their 2016 Bop City follow-up.

But baby, I can be your death wish/ Are you ready to die?,” asks Lisa on the hook of the slinky-pop affair, packed with bubbling synths, twinkling beats and finger-snaps galore. But the too-good-to-be-true lyricism doesn’t just stop there, the bridge break is particularly everything: “I feel this cocaine is comin’ down/ I probably should stop doin’ that shit/ It really fucks my nose up/ You’re like my leprechaun prostitute/ I keep usin’ and usin’ you/ And I’m runnin’ out of fairy dust.” Yeah, same.

It’s the kind of bop we’ve come to expect from a Terror Jr, but even sweeter, like grapes.

Terror Jr’s latest single “Death Wish” is also available on Spotify and Apple Music now!
