It’s been a minute since we’ve caught up with Aussie sis duo, Nervo!
Since releasing their long-awaited debut album Collateral in 2015, the girls – Miriam Nervo and Olivia Nervo – have done a good job of keeping us happy with a steady stream of very consistent single releases, from “People Grinnin‘” with The Child of Lov to “Anywhere You Go” with Timmy Trumpet to “Alone” with Brielle Von Hugel and most recently, “Forever Or Nothing” with SAVI and G.R.L‘s Lauren Bennett. When it comes to collaborations, these girls know how to do it right.
Well the ladies are back, and all on their own again with the unexpectedly fantastic and pop-leaning “In Your Arms“! The song supplies that same kind of erratic, tropical House-leaning vibe that Justin Bieber‘s been successfully serving up in his Purpose era. Produced and written by Nervo themselves, the song sees the duo yearning over and over the left-leaning dance production with a straightforward, loving plea: “I wanna be, In your arms when the sun goes down.” It’s beyond solid.
Michael Ngo, along with several other rising celebrity designers including Amato and Diana Putri, created the looks for Nervo‘s high-fashion visual for the track – Watch it below!
