All good things must come to an end. . .
Following the visuals for “I Want It All” in June and “Wasted Youth” back in January, Bonnie McKee has shared the fourth and final part of her Bombastic EP visual story with the official music video premiere of “Easy,” – our absolute favorite track from the 4-track collection.
In the clip, directed by David Richardson and produced by Alexandra Schindler and Bon Fire Tours, we see the songwriting superstar performing the ’80s-infleucnd power ballad in front of simple, pastel colored backdrops. “I knew I wanted to have a raw emotional broken down video, because I haven’t really done that yet,” Bonnie told EW. “[‘Easy‘] feels like a hallelujah moment because it’s me realizing what I want and asking for that. Every time in the bridge, I would feel like crying. There’s something so pleading and desperate in that bridge that everyone can relate to.”
It’s a stunning finish for Miss McKee‘s Bombastic era, simple and effective. Can’t wait to see what she has in store for us next – New music is on its way soon!
