The Knocks Bring The ‘Heat’ With X Ambassadors’ Sam Nelson Harris!

It’s barely been eight months since the release of their excellent debut album 55, and The Knocks are clearly showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. In addition to working on new music, the guys – B-Roc and JPatt – are also supporting Justin Bieber on the European leg of his Purpose Tour. HUGE!

But before that gets started, The Knocks have decided to drop off some fresh new tunage for us: “Heat” featuring Sam Nelson Harris, who is best known as the lead singer of X Ambassadors. The track is a smooth, electro-pop number driven by that light, effervescent, infectious synth-driven sound that has colored so many of their signature releases. “We have known Sam for a long time, and every time we send him a track he delivers,” The Knocks said in a statement. “This is now the fourth song we have worked on together that’s been released.”

These guys do a stellar job of bridging the gap between pop and the funkier side of electronic music, and their latest “Heat” is certainly no exception. A WIN!

The Knocks’ latest release “Heat” is also available on Spotify, Amazon and Apple Music!
