DEVSix years ago, back in the glorious year of 2010, Dev along with her frequent collaborators The Cataracs and Far East Movement got our bodies shaking on the dance floor with their addictive chart-topping smash, “Like A G6.” From there, Dev went on to make hits of her very own like “Bass Down Low” and “In The Dark,” which peaked at #11 on the US Billboard Hot 100. Since then, we’ve only been treated to tastes of Dev – a two-part EP titled Bittersweet July in 2014 and last year’s all-female led Nervo club-throbber “Hey Ricky“!

This week, Dev officially makes her return with the release of something new titled “Lowkey,” a deliciously sultry, synth-pop-meets-R&B gem that is packed with sexy come-ons laced above an atmospheric, finger-snapping hip-hop beat. “I needa girl who’ll keep it lowkey / Up late night eatin’ Macaroni / And she ain’t worried about the old me/ I needa girl who’ll keep it lowkey,” she confidently purrs above the chilly pulse. It’s a hot as ice, welcomed change of pace for the 26-year-old singer-songstress. I’M READY FOR MORE!
