With less than two weeks left to go until his Purpose album release, Justin Bieber lets loose another song off the upcoming LP.
This time around, it’s a much more personal affair as Justin opens up about the struggles he’s faced growing up in the spotlight over another well laid Skrillex production. “Sometimes it’s hard to do the right thing/ When the pressure’s coming down like lightning,” he softly croons over a sparse electro-R&B beat and gentle, tropical synths. “It’s like they want me to be perfect/ but they don’t even know that I’m hurting / This life’s not easy, I’m not made out of steel / Don’t forget that I’m human / Don’t forget that I’m real/ Act like you know me, but you never will / There’s one thing that I know for sure/ I’ll show you.”
Justin has been receiving all sorts of bad press for storming off stage during his recent Norway television appearance so the timing of “I’ll Show You” couldn’t be more perfect. What that said. . . the song is indeed solid, this is the side of Justin I enjoy the most. What do you guys think?
