Ellie Goulding Premieres Amazing New ‘Delirium’ Cut, ‘Something In The Way You Move’!

In need of some new Ellie Goulding, anyone? Ask and you shall receive!

Earlier today, the talented UK goddess unleashed “Something In The Way You Move,” the latest cut from her forthcoming studio record Delirium. Unlike her feisty bounce-tastic lead single “On My Mind,” “Something In The Way You Move” sees the talented Brit affixing her husky vocals to a more mid-tempo pop affair with assistance from Greg Kurstin.

Set atop a striding pulse and warm, bubbling synth-pop electronica, Ellie gets all giddy about a guy she simply can’t resist: “Something in the way you move/ There’s something in the way you do it/ Something in the way you move.” The song’s bridge is especially lush, as the pulsing synthesizers die down and allow dreamier sounds to swell into the speakers: “But tonight I’m gonna lose it all/ Playing with fire, I was the first to fall/ Heart is sinking like a cannonball/ Baby, kill it, what you waiting for,” Ellie croons. Simply gorgeous!

It’s an impeccably crafted track – from the lyrics to the vocals to the production – and already a standout from the upcoming LP, which is quickly shaping up to be one of her strongest yet. GET INTO IT!!!

Ellie Goulding’s third album Delirium will be released on November 6th – Pre-order on iTunes now!
