V V Continues To Impress On ‘Glitch’s ‘Lazarus’!
Last month, I reintroduced British songstress V V (formerly known as V V Brown) and her fantastic new single, “Shift.”
She’s now given us more to work with its official follow-up “Lazarus,” the second cut unleashed from the V V‘s upcoming PledgeMusic-funded album Glitch, which will be made available this Friday (September 25). Like its predecessor, the track is another thrilling, shape-shifting electro throb complimented by V V‘s distorted yet compelling ghost-like vocals and an infectious array of ambient bleeps, buzzes and synths. I’m all about it!
There’s no doubt about it: this is f-ing fantastic, and undeniably refreshing to hear someone in modern pop doing something totally different and exciting. She’s becoming some sort of magnificent Grace Jones-esque monster and I’m totally here for it – WIN!
Pre-order V V’s upcoming third studio album on PledgeMusic.com now!
