Rita Ora is officially ready to take on the U.S with the premiere of “Body On Me” featuring Chris Brown, the first single U.S single/second UK single (following “Poison“) off her upcoming sophomore album!
The steamy track — which was produced by The Monsters & The Strangerz — plays like a blend of Lady Gaga and R.Kelly‘s “Do What U Want” and Ariana Grande and The Weeknd‘s “Love Me Harder,” as the British diva coos up against waves upon waves of warm synthesizers. “Heyo, heyo, I just wanna feel your body on me/ Heyo, heyo, if you want it then you got it, hold me/ No more, no more wasting time/ We can, we can go all night.”
Although Rita and Chris are a somewhat of a controversial pairing on paper (mostly because of him TBH), the collaboration makes total sense in song, as the two effortlessly trade sweet melodies across the slick Swede-pop-esque production. An anthem for true lovers of bodies – WIN!
