Britney Spears & Iggy Azalea Bring The Noise on ‘Pretty Girls’ – First Listen!

It has arrived! “Pretty Girls,” the brand new collaboration with Pop legend Britney Spears and Australian chanteuse Iggy Azalea has non-officially made its way online in full ahead of its scheduled release on May 4th!

As Brit Brit would say, the track is a something-more-urban jam, playing like a cross between “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani and Iggy‘s very own “Fancy” featuring Charli XCX, with little Ty Dolla $ign, Charli, and Tinashe‘s “Drop That Kitty” thrown into the mix. “All around the world, pretty girls / Wipe the floor with all the boys / Pour the drinks, bring the noise / We’re just so pretty!,” Brit and Iggy chant on-top of a sparse synth progression, filled with hi-hats and finger-snaps. “All around the world, pretty girls / Jump the line, to the front / Do what we like, get what we want / We’re just so pretty!”

While this might not be quite a club banger on the level of Britney‘s “Work Bitch” or “Gimme More,” it’s still a solid bop that will inevitably be cemented into our brains by the end of summer.

I feel like a part is missing like iggy does her slow rap part at the end and I just feel britney should have done something too instead of going straight to the chorus again.
Just 15 secs more would her voice in a different tone would have made a huge help but I think it’s a grower. Nothing like work bitch and the video will sell it not the music, it’s not my fav but I will listen to it though

This song is basically Britney Spears… i expected to hear more of Iggy. Boring and it is exactly like Fancy… USE OTHER FUCKING TUNE

I love both but…worst song ever. and for the ones who say this is the same as fancy, fancy is sooo much better.

And pop-music takes a new low with the release of this track. I don’t get why lot’s of people make excuses for Britney, she had her fame, she f’d it up. This is by no means a great track, maybe America will like this, since they would also like it if Brit would fart for 4 minutes and would call it a song, but this track will do nothing in Europe. Nor will this go down as a track people will remember.

the fact that britneys is duplicated over herself like 5 times makes this terrible. the music is bad. its not catchy at all.

    WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?
Is Britney trying to make something like Fancy only ’cause she likes the song?
It never works! It’s not gonna happen for her… that was IGGY stuff and that kind of song matchs for IGGY!

    I just wanna forget this.

Wow, it’s simply incredible how awful this song is. Really feels like Fancy, Part 2 with a similar beat and stale ass lyrics “I’m so pretty I’m better than you blablabla”. Nothing extraordinary at all, just a forgettable and bland piece of mess that no one will remember in a month’s time. Come on Britney you can do better than this! If this is what pop music is coming to, we’re doomed.

I’m sorry but this song is NOT going to be a hit by no means. It’s SOOO Boring! People will hear this track once a forget about it. I do not see this going anywhere on the charts. At this stage in Britney’s career she needs to completely reinvent herself and find a new direction, most of Britney’s newer material sounds dated and stale, and is repetitive with many songs sounding similar.
