Jessie J Debuts ‘Flashlight’ Music Video From ‘Pitch Perfect 2’!

While “Bang Bang” with Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj proved to be a huge hit for everyone, Jessie J hasn’t had the same luck with her followi-up single releases. On the bright side, that doesn’t seem to be keeping Jessie down. The 27-year-old English songstress has just released the official music video for her brand new song, “Flashlight“! The track is set to be featured on the upcoming motion picture soundtrack for Pitch Perfect 2, which hits theaters on May 15th!

In the clip, Jessie heads to Barden University to give the Barden Bellas their graduation while scenes from the flick flash in-between. The song itself is a cute empowering ballad but it doesn’t really scream “BIG SOUNDTRACK ANTHEM;” Jessie‘s voice is on point, though. What do you guys think?
