Since landing the biggest hit of their careers with “Ain’t It Fun“, Paramore have kept busy by traveling on the road for a headlining tour. As we wait for them to finish work on their next record, lead songstress Hayley Williams and the boys have decided to release a brand-new deluxe edition of their self-titled fourth studio album complete with unreleased demos, live songs, and three new tracks. The reissue is lead by album track “Hate To See Your Heart Break,” which has now been reworked as a duet with former The Civil Wars vocalist Joy Williams. The acoustic guitar-driven ballad sounds better than ever now that both ladies have blended their soft vocals together effortlessly on the contemplative pop number. “I love that I got to sing this with someone who I have shared my pains and my stories with for quite some time,” Hayley told NPR. “Someone whom I know well and who I’ve sat and listened to as they share their own pains. It was never meant as romantic song between lovers but always a song to a friend. Now it’s even more special. I think of it as an ode to sisterhood. Close friendship between women who share their stories with each other and who lift each other up and understand one another.” It’s truly a treat – Get familiar below!
