Bruno Mars Struts His Stuff with Mark Ronson in ‘Uptown Funk’ Music Video!

Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars show us how they live it up in the music video premiere for their brand-new collaboration, “Uptown Funk“! The track serves as the lead single off the English producer fourth studio album Uptown Special, which is set to hit stores on January 27 via RCA Records. Co-directed by Bruno himself with Cameron Duddy, the clip sees the duo decked out in flashy Seventies attire as they enjoy a shoeshine, get their hair permed, and strut their stuff along a city street. It’s a pretty cheeky and festive affair but it works incredibly well with the song – I absolutely love it! What do you guys think?

Does anyone know if this song contains samples of Prince, or does Bruno Mars just go out of his way to make a song that sounds like the Purple One made it?
