Nick Jonas Shares Fantastic New Album Numbers, ‘Teacher’ & ‘Wilderness’!
Following his sick collaboration with label-mate Angel Haze on “Numb“, Nick Jonas has decided to share two fantasic new numbers with us entitled, “Teacher” and “Wilderness“! Both tracks serve as exclusive iTunes countdown singles in support of his self-titled debut solo album, which is set to hit stores on November 11 via Island Records. Crafted alongside Jason Evigan, Ammar Malik, and Daniel Parker (the same team behind “Chains“), “Teacher” is a upbeat, hyper-sexual retro-pop number that sees the 22-year-old heartthrob letting loose on-top of heavy-percussion, blaring horns, and a infectious whistle that will have you on your feet the moment the the funky beat kicks in. Then there’s “Wilderness,” a true pop stomper that basically sounds like a modern, swampy southern rock anthem with its heavy piano lines and crashing drums. It’s giving me OneRepublic “Love Runs Out” and Adele “Rumour Has It” vibes and I’m not mad at it all. Didn’t see it coming, but Nick is truly turning it out with these new songs, I’m seriously impressed.
Pre-order Nick Jonas’ self-titled debut solo album on iTunes now!!

I like them both. I’ve always found him to be really cute, I’m glad I’m enjoying his music.

Talentless
Ben
Cruz, who are you? We need to be friends. You’re music taste is always spot on with mine.

Hardly talentless. Not your cup of tea. Leave it at that.
Enjoy your commentary though 😉
Ben

There is a reason these never made the CD, they are not good! I wonder if you had to say good things about the songs to get them on your site?

They’re actually both on the album if you read correctly. When I say I like something, I mean it. I’m not one of those bloggers who’s talking out of my ass for some clicks 😉

Cruz – he’s talentless yet you took time to listen? get a life!
David – clearly you can’t read or understand english. These songs are on the album! idiot!

Haha! Ignore him, people who choose to listen to music by artists they dislike clearly have way too much time on their hands.
Love ‘Wilderness’, not so keen on ‘Teacher’ – reminds me of the new Justin Timberlake stuff, which I’m really not feeling. Neither compare to ‘Jealous’ though. GREAT song. Looking forward to the album 🙂

I like this blog so I listen to virtually every song posted – what’s wrong with posting my opinion? Hit a soft spot? No need to take it personally Nick. Feel free to enjoy whiny vocals with elementary lyrics, this is America!! (well for me at least)
@FernandowJunior
he’s getting really freaking cute, those songs are ok, nothing great,
Gurl, bah.
He’s definitely not as “whiny” as Bruno Mars, even though there’s no denying that Mars is a good Pop lyricist. Jonas, as of this era, is fun Pop. I would bop to his tunes any time of the day. “OMG, Jonas? eww” that’s what ‘cool’ kids say. He used to be more “whiny” back when they were a trio, not anymore. Kids these days are more opinionated than what they need to be. More than half of the time they would talk out of their asses. Lighten up, It’s Pop music, Not Mozart.
