As we wait for a official single, Jennifer Lopez reminds us that she’s still Jenny from the block with the premiere of the music video for her buzz single “Same Girl“! Directed by Gomillion & Leupold, the clip, which was shot guerrilla style in December, sees the 44-year-old superstar visiting her old neighborhood of Castle Hill in the Bronx as she rides the 6 train, dances in the rain, and hangs with her fans while rocking a Yankees cap. “This was probably the craziest thing I’ve done in my career of music and movies,” J.Lo told Complex about making the video. “I like just being able to do things spontaneously, and not have everything so planned out.” While the song isn’t necessarily anything special, it’s hard not to love her for doing it. The woman has had a massive career and she is showing no signs of slowing down. SLAY LATINA! What do you guys think?
