Lady Gaga Teases ‘Venus’ & Performs ‘Gypsy’ For The First Time!

With the release of ARTPOP on November 11 quickly approaching, Lady Gaga is stepping up her promo game. Last night, the 27-year-old entertainer performed her new song “Gypsy” live for the first time via live stream to a packed crowd at the Berghain Club in Berlin. Rocking black lingerie and a fancy mustache, Gaga told the audience, “I wrote this song as I was travelling around the world…they say a Gypsy doesn’t have a home. But I do have a home. I have a home with you always.” She then proceeded to sing by her piano and it all sounded absolutely gorgeous. It’s clear the album version of “Gypsy,” co-penned by DJ White Shadow, Madeon, and RedOne, is going to be quite the exciting number on ARTPOP. Watch the performance below!

That’s not all though, shortly after premiering the gorgeous new track, Gaga revealed the Steven Klein-shot single covers and a snippet for her upcoming promo track “Venus,” which is set to hit iTunes on Monday (October 28). Its too soon to really judge the song just yet but it certainly sounds like a much different offering than “Do What U Want” featuring R. Kelly, which is now the official second single instead of “Venus“.
