Check out the radio premiere of P!nk‘s brand-new single “Try“! The track serves as the second official single off her sixth studio album The Truth About Love, due out September 18. Written and produced by Greg Kurstin and Busbee, “Try” is radio-gripping pop ballad loaded with a killer hook and vibrant vocals from one of the best vocalist in pop music. I already love this so much more than “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)“. P!nk will perform the song tonight live at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards. What do you guys think?

Well from the last 2 singles, this album is not looking so good!, this sounds more like a ablum filler… To be honest i think her B side “The king is Dead but the Queen is Alive” was the best song so far!… I think since shes had a baby her music will never be the same

Blow Me is definitely better than this! That’s the truth. I love her first single, and the video is awesome.

Haha I sniffed out this trend a year ago. 80s female-lead power ballads are back! Heart, Pat Benatar, Tina Turner…
Can Kelly go and release You Love Me now!?
Thank you.

this song WILL be one of P!nk’s biggest hits to-date…several reasons why…
-universal theme of picking one self up/what doesnt kill you makes you stronger…perfect top 40 fodder
-killer hook and vocals
-timeliness – perfect fall single
Blow Me was fun, but it failed to connect on an emotional level…the fun got old fast
Mark my words, TRY will be HUGE…

I think it’s Pink’s success formula… first single is always middle ground, just to softly prepare us for her comeback and album (similarly was with stupid girls and so what) and with the second single of album she always kills it (who knew, sober)… love this one!

That single cover is a huge ripoff of Kylie Minogue’s X album! Even the font is the same!

Does anyone see the huge similarity to this song and a few Killers songs ? The music, the chorus, etc. wow can’t believe nobody has noticed.
