Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen: ‘Good Time’

So it looks like we may have a late-in-the-game contender for Song of the Summer y’all! Owl City (Adam Young) and Carly Rae Jepsen have just premiered their brand-new single “Good Time” and it’s a total earworm. The track will serve as Carly‘s official follow up to “Call Me Maybe” and will also be Adam‘s new single that will be featured on his forthcoming album, The Midsummer Station. The radio is going to eat this one up, it’s a perfectly crafted synth pop production with a “good time” vibe and insanely addictive chorus. Carly and Adam have both only managed to secure one big hit here in the states but that’s all about to change, the track was made for radio. I predict “Good Time” will be inescapable by the end of next month. What do you guys think? Hit or miss?
