Rita Ora Makes U.S. Concert Debut at S.O.B’s in New York City!

On Wednesday, rising star Rita Ora made her first proper U.S. concert debut at S.O.B’s in New York City. With a live band backing, the 21-year-old blonde Brit performed a half hour set and wowed the sold-out crowd. I’ve had my doubts about the Roc Nation songstress but her energetic and bubbly personality won me over that night. Her presence was electrifying and engaging as she sang through “Shine Your Light“, DJ Fresh‘s “Hot Right Now” and her current UK single “R.I.P.“. Bouncing around the stage rocking an orange beenie and a white cropped tank top Rita sounded in charge and confident. By the time she got to her debut U.S. single “How We Do (Party)“, Rita felt more than comfortable and threw on a colorful Coogi sweater in honor of Notorious B.I.G, who inspired the lyric “Party and Bullshit”. Rita has all the right ingredients to become a big star, if given some better material, I believe she can be the next big thing. Check out her performances below, Enjoy!
