Sam Sparro: ‘Happiness’ Premiere!

Earlier this month, Sam Sparro teased us with the fantastic buzz track “The Shallow End,” the first song shared from his sophomore album, Return To Paradise. Here we have the first official single titled “Happiness” which was released in Australia over the weekend. “Happiness” is a super fun and uplifting production with it’s old school disco beat and funky vibe. Sam shot the video last week with director and acclaimed photographer Mike Rosenthal and it should be out shortly. I’m absolutely in love with this. What do you guys think?

  1. This has nothing to do with this post, but i dont know where to put it.. Is there any reason why you didnt post about Bithday Cake and Turn On The Radio? That is MASSIVE stuff. I mean, i think we have all listened to both of them, but we also love your reviews.
    Love

you have to check the blog daily not weekly…

    1. I was talking about the remix feat. Rihanna. I check the blog daily. And Jon didnt post anything about Rihanna and Chris working together

      1. I didn’t post about it because I don’t support the collaboration. That is all.

  4. I don’t understand how artists like Sam Sparro and Cazwell can get such a large following.. It must be because they’re attractive gay men, but really? This song is a total cheese fest, and his vocals/style are nothing outstanding or original. and don’t get me started on Cazwell… Ugh, the only openly gay artist out right now who deserves SOME credit is Adam Lambert, and even still… not my cup of tea.

I guess I just have to get signed and release some good ass music on my own.

  5. Meh this song is pretty bad. It’s no Black & Gold. Won’t be buying this.

  6. I love it! Can’t wait for the full release!

  7. I like the disco feel of it!
