Singer-songwriter, Sky Ferreira has been busy being a flawless socialite ever since the release of her fantastic EP “As If!” On the music side of things, Sky has recently announced that she’ll finally be dropping her debut album next year, with the first single tentatively due in February. While we wait for that, the 19-year-old has just premiered a new video for “Traces.” Directed by fashion photographer Rankin, the video was shot for Hunger, Rankin‘s new fashion/lifestyle magazine. It’s one hot visual. What do you guys think?

it’s not very creative the video considering it comes from a ‘top’ photographer. His work is so dull and lacks in creativity and imagination, I could create a better video than this with a canon camera. Yes okay technically the video is good but that’s as far as it goes.

Her voice is good and the music is nice but the video sucks, it’s just some blonde bitch with vampire teeth, wearing WAAAYYYYY too much make-up singing into a camera…and with the vampire teeth you can tell she can barely say the words of her own song. Better luck next time?
